Martin Gast The activities of Mr. Gast are predominantly in the fields of real estate law, the law of capital investments and corporate law. He advises builders, property developers, general contractors and other enterprises of the building industry when it comes to the shaping of construction contracts and disputes over the warranty for defects. For many years Mr. Gast has been representing vendors and buyers of capital market products notably in Germany-wide mass actions of damnified private investors. Moreover he has dealt in depth with corporate law issues concerning non-incorporated partnerships as well as corporations or limited liability companies.
 

Mr. Gast completed the advanced training course to become a specialist lawyer in the field of tax law (Fachanwaltslehrgang) and is a member of the Practice Group Construction Law (ARGE Baurecht) in the German Lawyers´ Association (Deutscher Anwaltsverein).
