The particular focus and commitment of the legal work of Mrs. Montjoie is on the areas of family law and the law of succession. She is a specialist lawyer in the field of family law (Fachanwältin) and member of the Practice Group Family Law of the German Lawyers’ Association (Deutscher Anwaltsverein).

From the start of her legal practice Mrs. Montjoie has moreover been continually dealing with landlord and tenant disputes on a considerable scale. She also gives advice and drafts contracts in the field of copyright law.
